The content of the comment you wish to complain about was:
"I made a special trip to visit The Fit last week to try some of the fabulous Anna Scholz dresses- what a disappointment! The two sales assistants could barely be bothered to answer a direct question, let alone greet me or see if they could help. When I asked if the pitiful 3 items on display were all they had by the designer, one of the ladies said "Yes. The rest has gone". No "Let's take your details and we'll be in touch as soon as our new stock comes in! What were you looking for? Have you seen this (shows alternative)?" I was all set to spend £350 on a fabulous outfit but I walked out, feeling that I'd rather not spend my money in such an unwelcoming and dreary shop. Honestly, I didn't recognize the bustling, fun shop that Mary left. Sadly, it seems to have gone."
