The show will take place at the foundation's Dog Trouble Centre in Heathlands Road from 11am-3pm.

Mrs Cacace-Mistry will be attending the whole event as the foundation's ambassador. It is free for families and their dogs to visit.

Families can bring their dogs along to enjoy the day and enter them in fun dog classes such as waggiest tail, most balanced dog and top rescue.

There will also be a demonstration of dog agility with the opportunity for visitors and their dogs to try it for themselves, plus tips and advice on dog behaviour. Fun competitions and activities in a challenge zone will be taking place throughout the day.

Mrs Cacace-Mistry said: “I am so excited about being involved in this event, it is going to be great fun. I am in full support of this worthwhile charity, the work that Jo does is something I'm very interested in and believe could help so many dog lovers and dogs live the happiest lives along side each other."
