Leasedrive, in Nine Mile Ride, is aiming to raise £10,000 as part of the ‘Road to Geneva’, setting off from Luxembourg.
A team of 18 riders will embark on the four-day event – which follows a 2012 trip from Wokingham to Luxembourg – picking up where they left off.
Combined with other rides since 2010, the company has raised £48,000 for charity.
This year, the four recipients of the funds raised will be Marie Curie Cancer Care, Mencap, Scope and Macmillan Cancer Care.
Roddy Graham, of Leasedrive, said: “We hope that once again as many friends and industry colleagues will support us as possible.”
The riders set off from Luxembourg this Thursday.
