MILTON Road in Wokingham will reopen today (Friday) at 7am after being closed for three days due to a burst water main.
South East Water, in conjunction with Wokingham Borough Council Streetworks Team, had to put the temporary closure in place after a burst water main on Tuesday damaged a large section of the road.
Steve Benton, Distribution Manager at South East Water, said: "I am pleased to say that we have completed the repair work on the pipe and we are confident that the road will be back to normal before rush hour tomorrow.
"We are sorry for any inconvenience that this emergency work has caused."
