MORE than 2,000 homes in Finchampstead and Wokingham were left without electricity following a power cut this morning (November 8).
A fault on Southern Electric's high voltage network saw 2,300 homes lose power at 10.46am.
A spokeswoman said the majority of houses had their power restored by 10.54am and all houses were working smoothly by 11.41am.
The problem was fixed from the control room while engineers went to Foxcote in Finchampstead to make sure everything was safe.
