Plans submitted to council to convert office block in business park to homes
An office block could be converted into housing, if plans are approved by the council.
Charles House, on Toutley Road, Wokingham, is the subject of a proposal to change the block of offices into a block of homes.
Plans have been submitted by Steffen Prillar, a C/O agent, to convert the block of offices into 14 residential flats.
The current office block is located in the Metro Centre business park, just next to the A329 and M4.
Public consultation on the plans ends on January 11.
