FAILED burglars who attempted to smash their way through a residents window are being hunted by police.
The incident took place at around 3.30pm on November 19 at a property in Nine Mile Ride in Finchampstead, Wokingham.
The intruders attempted to gain entry by shattering the outer pane of glass in the lounge window located at the front of the property, but were unable to get in.
CCTV images of two men who may have vital information in connection with an attempted burglary have been released by the police.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Barry Johns said: "I am keen to speak to the men in these CCTV images, as they may have information which is vital to our investigation.
"If anyone recognises these men, or has any information relating to this incident, I would ask them to call the Thames Valley Police."
