HUNDREDS of expensive electrical goods have been stolen from a school in Wokingham.

Overnight between July 16 and 1am the next day, a group of people forced open padlocks leading to the building site part of Evendons Primary School.

There they grabbed a variety of power tools and electric cabling before forcing open an office door and stealing an ACER E15 laptop.

The main part of the school was then accessed where more than 100 Samsung Chromebooks, 100 Samsung tablets, three Samsung 19300 model phones, two digital microscopes and a Samsung smart TV 65inch screen were stolen.

Case Investigator, Claire Morgan, of the Investigation Hub, based at Loddon Valley, said, “We are appealing for witnesses who may have seen anyone acting in a suspicious manner around the primary school.

“If anyone has any further information that may assist, for example if anyone has seen these items being advertised online, to contact the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.”
