Appeal launched to find missing women

AN APPEAL has been launched to find a missing women with links to Maidenhead, Windsor and Bracknell.

Katherine Franklin, who is also known as Kate Flower, went missing yesterday and was last seen carrying two bags in Maidenhead yesterday at around 8.40am.

When she was last seen, she was wearing a long dark-coloured coat, brown boots, black or navy leggings.

The 36-year-old from Maidenhead is white, around 5ft 6ins tall of slender build with strawberry-blond, shoulder-length hair.

Inspector Vicki Linton-Smith, leading the search, said: “We are appealing for anyone with information about Katherine’s whereabouts to contact police.

“We are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare and would also request if she sees this appeal herself to please get in touch and let us know you are safe.”

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101 quoting URN 866 of 10/12.
