A CHRISTMAS party was evacuated after a cable sparked a blaze at a cafe in California Country Park.
Staff at the Jacksons cafe raised the alarm at around 11pm last night and then evacuated the guests who were having a Christmas party there.
Firefighters from Wokingham and Bracknell rushed to the park, in Nine Mile Ride, and used a hose reel and fire extinguisher to douse the blaze which was in the building's loft.
No one was harmed.
