Mr Gillard, 58, died on June 1 after heart problems.
A tree will be planted and a bench bought, both dedicated to his memory.
Donations and tributes have poured in since his death and cash raised will go towards the Thames Valley and Chilterns Air Ambulance.
Ambulance medics treated him after a bicycle accident four years ago.
Mr Gillard, a football coach and PE teacher, was described by head teacher Liz Cole as ‘an inspirational, special teacher who touched so many people’s lives.’ The school is undergoing building works but the reception area is still accessible.
