Thousands of residents have applied for the permits ahead of the scheme, which will be trialled in parts of the town centre, Bullbrook, Priestwood and Wildridings to prevent shoppers from parking in residential roads.
Many permits have already been produced and are due to be sent by post this week.
Cllr Chris Turrell, executive member for planning and transport, said: “We have been inundated with applications "Don’t worry if you haven’t yet received your permit, production is well under way and we are due to post out the remaining permits in advance of the scheme starting next week.” Visit www.bracknell-forest.gov.uk/parkingpermits for more information.
