Between 60-70 residents, some of whose 'hands were nearly shaking' with anger attended the meeting on Tuesday, September 16.
With time allocated for residents to put forward questions to councilors, tensions ran high at the meeting. Ascot resident Lori McNeil said: "It could have got quite heated but people held back because the councilors are on our side. It's not their fault.
"People are really concerned about this, there are so many of us that are so frustrated with the situation."
The Parish Council and Windsor MP Adam Afriyie are fully supporting residents, and a public meeting is planned for Monday, October 13 at Ascot Racecourse.
