The woman, a staff member reportedly in her 40s, became stuck last night at around 9pm.

Spending around 10 minutes in the lift – which went up only one floor – she was unharmed and ‘not distressed’, according to Crew Manager Scott Pay.

Crew Manager Pay, from Bracknell, said; “We have got a special key for the lift to open it, so we got the lift down to a safe level. She was fine, she was quite calm.”

They spent around 20 minutes at the scene, and confirmed the lift was now out of order at the address, in London Road, Binfield.
