This comes as Bracknell Forest Council approved detailed plans last night (Thursday) for the redevelopment of Charles Square, where Primark is expected to have the anchor store.
Bracknell Regeneration Partnership said it was "delighted to confirm that H&M is coming to Bracknell" but has declined to confirm yet whether Primark would be also be taking a store in the new-look town centre.
Work on redeveloping the Crossway/Broadway area of Bracknell has begun. This will form the main part of the regeneration, with 50 shops, restaurants and a CineWorld cinema. One of the anchor stores here will be Marks and Spencer and the other is likely to be Fenwick, though this has not yet been confirmed by BRP.
Work on the Charles Square part of the scheme is due to start in the middle of next year, with the whole town centre development expected to open for trading in October 2015.
Are you a fan of H&M and pleased that it will have a store in Bracknell? What the other stores would you like to see.
