Dexter Lee, of Ascot, came third at the Individual GB Indoor Snow Race in Manchester.
The pupil of Lambrook School, Winkfield Row, trains abroad with Evolution ski team. He took up skiing with the school ski team just three years ago.
He is now consistently ranked in the top five in the UK in his age group and is aiming to make the British Junior team within the next two years.
Dexter also recently competed with his school at the Independent Schools' races where the under 14 boys' and girls' teams won gold and three silver medals.
Dexter said: "My next goal is to get onto the podium at the English Children's Championships in Italy and the British Children's Championships in France next winter. After that I hope to be selected for the GB children's ski team when I am around 14 or 15.
"My ultimate dream is to ski for my country at the Junior Winter Olympics and then onto the Senior Winter Olympics.
"I have a long way to go and must also do well with my school work otherwise my parents won't allow me to go away to train in the Alps! Without the support from Lambrook I wouldn't have been able to have spent 13 weeks away in Austria with Team Evolution ski training last winter."
Headmaster Jonathan Perry said: "Dexter is a member of a very talented team of skiers at Lambrook who have enjoyed enormous success this past year in France, Switzerland and Italy. We are very proud of them all and in particular Dexter for achieving such a position in the country."
