TWO cars were written off after a crash in Barkham last night (Wednesday), say firefighters.
A fire crew from Bracknell station were called to Barkham Road, Wokingham, around 6.30pm, where they had to cut a woman - believed to be in her 50s - out of her black Vauxhall Astra.
They moved her onto a spinal board before she was checked over by paramedics and taken to hospital.
Firefighter Steve Blackman said: "The woman was trapped with a bad neck, so we had to cut the back seats of the car out.
"Both cars are pretty much a write-off I think."
He added that it looked as though one car had gone into the back of the other.
The male driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.
Police were also in attendance.
