Hoax callers report fake flat blaze

FIRE crews were called to a fake blaze at a block of flats last night.
Firefighters from Bracknell rushed to The Cedars in Wayland Close, Harmans Water, at 11.15pm, but watch manager Michael Fulwell said there was no fire when crews arrived.
He added the firefighters spent 20 minutes knocking on every door in the block to check all the flats were safe.
