Councillors start drop-in surgeries
COUNCILLORS covering Old Bracknell and Wildridings are inviting residents to meet them in monthly surgeries. The Bracknell Forest representatives for the two wards have have set up the drop-in sessions, starting this Saturday.
The three councillors are Peter Heydon and Iain McCracken, who both represent Old Bracknell, and Emma Barnard of Wildridings & Central.
They will be at Easthampstead and Wildridings Community Centre, Rectory Lane, Bracknell, RG12 7BH between 11am and 12.30pm on the first Saturday of the month.
Residents can drop in - without appointment - and raise any concerns or issues.
Cllr McCracken said: "We are elected by you and are here to make sure your interests are served.
"It may be an issue about parking or safety - or maybe you want to catch up on the latest developments on the new Bracknell town centre. If you have a question or want help please use the 'walk-in' on Saturday.
"In fact we are always pleased to meet the residents so, if you wish, you would be very welcome to call in just to meet us.
You can also contact the three councillors by email.
