UPDATED: A329M smash causes traffic tailbacks

UPDATED: A LANE on the A329M is now reopen after a car crashed into a barrier this afternoon.
Police, ambulance and fire crews were called to the smash near the Winnersh junction of the eastbound carriageway, opposite the Holiday Inn, around 12.20pm.
The female motorist, believed to be in her 30s, had to be cut from her car by firefighters, and was rushed to Royal Berkshire Hospital with possible neck injuries.
One lane was closed while the vehicle was recovered, causing heavy traffic tailbacks, but reopened again at 2.10pm.
