Blaze destroys four wheel drive

A BLAZE that destroyed a car in the eary hours of today is being treated as suspicious.
Firefighters from Wokingham were called to Simons Wood car park, in Wellingtonia Avenue, at 1.30am and spent 40 minutes tackling the burning four wheel drive vehicle.
Firefighter Dave Harris said: "The car was well alight when we arrived and it was so badly damaged, we can't be sure of the exact car type."
The incident is being treated as arson. Call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
