Roadworks cause delays on A329

ELECTRICITY works causing traffic delays on the A329 Reading Road in the Winnersh area are set to last until the end of the month or early May.
A single-lane restriction and temporary traffic lights have been in force this week by the crossroads near Sainsbury's, with southbound queues stretching back as far as the Showcase cinema roundabout at times. There have also been some delays northbound, going towards Earley and Reading.
Work is being carried out by Southern Electric.
