STUDENTS will have a spring in their step now that their trampoline centre has been officially opened.

The Mayor of Bracknell Forest Council, Cllr Bob Wade, visited The Brakenhale School to see its revamped sports facilities - and had a go on the trampoline himself.

Cllr Wade opened the school in Easthampstead on November 25 and told other councillors at a meeting of the full council later that day: "The school under the leadership of Paul Salter has done a phenomenal job."

In addition to the trampoline centre, the school in Rectory Road has an astro pitch, new flooring, a mirrored wall in the dance studio and tennis courts.
