Michael Redford, 21, and Nathan Redford, 27, from Sandhurst are wanted in connection with a number of offences - including assaulting a police officer and shoplifting.
The pair, along with 18-year-old Jason Eastwood from Farnborough, were travelling in a Ford Focus when they were stopped by police on the A30 shortly after midnight on Monday [Jan 12].
As they were being arrested, one of the men assaulted an officer and all three managed to run off.
All three have links to the Thames Valley and Surrey as well as Hampshire.
Detective Sergeant Gavin Whyte said: “I would urge members of the public who have seen these men or know who they are to contact police immediately.
“It’s believed they do have access to a vehicle and are travelling between Hampshire, the Thames Valley and Surrey.”
