BROADBAND speeds, new housing and the Eurozone may be among the hot topics when constituents quiz their MP.

Bracknell MP Dr Phillip Lee has been holding a public question-and-answer session each quarter, and the next is due to be in Finchampstead on Thursday, July 5.

Dr Lee said: "Broadband really is in places very, very bad. There are a significant number of IT-related businessmen and women and a lot of people trying to work from home. In order to work from home, you need good broadband access."

Another topic Dr Lee expects to come up is plans for housing on the Arborfield Garrison site when it is vacated by the Ministry of Defence. Some residents in Finchampstead are concerned about increased traffic.

The Q&A will be at 7.30pm on Thursday, July 5, at the Memorial Hall in The Village, Finchampstead. It will be followed by a trip to a pub, to be announced at the meeting.
