A BOILER issue caused residents to fear that the Atrium shopping centre had a fire on the roof.
Firefighters attended the scene, which turned out to be a boiler issue, causing black smoke to emerge from the roof.
Rushmoor Fire Station confirmed that the issue had ended.

Surrey Fire and Rescue service confirmed that they were dealing with the issue.

A cordon had been placed on the high street to keep residents away from the fire.
