Joseph Doyle, 24, of Southwell Crescent, Highbridge, Somerset, has been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence.
He visited the shell petrol station on Binfield Road, Bracknell, on Sunday March 29 and allegedly racially abused one of the station workers.
Doyle was released on bail to appear at Slough Magistrates’ Court on 20 April 2015.
