Thames Valley Police is appealing for information on the whereabouts of the two men, who they say should not be approached by members of the public.
Former Broadmoor patient Scott Vecetti, 34, also know as Scott Cummersdale, is meant to reside at an address in Bracknell but has gone missing.
Vecetti is described as white, stocky, about 5ft 7in, with blue eyes and fair hair which is receding.
A second man, Billy Maskell, 31, is also wanted by police and is believed to have access to a blue BMW, with the registration number BD06KZW.
Maskell is described as white, slim, about 5ft 5in, with blue eyes and light brown hair.
Police have warned people who see either man to call 999 immediately.
