For the seventh year in succession the Wokingham Volunteer Centre, Denton Road, will host a Volunteer Recruitment Fayre.
Helen Badger, the volunteer development co-ordinator, said: “Being a volunteer is a great way to enhance your CV, meet new friends, gain new skills and have fun.” The event will be held at The Bradbury Centre, at the Rose Street Methodist Church, on Saturday, October 11, from 10am-1pm and 25 charities have already signed up. Admission is free.
