GARDENERS involved in the Jealott’s Hill Community Landshare scheme in Warfield are inviting the public to see the work going on at the site, as part of an open day on Saturday.
There will be tours as well as produce stalls and a ‘guess the weight of the pumpkin competition’. The landshare project provides opportunities for a wide range of people in the local community to experience the joy of horticulture and comradeship.
The open day will be held at the Jealott’s Hill site, Wellers Lane, Warfield RG42 6BQ, from 2pm-4pm, with tours at 2.15pm and 3.15pm.
