Residents who considered going to the meeting on Tuesday, September 16 to hear councilors discuss the controversial issue should note the council have requested residents not to attend 'in the interests of public safety'.
The parish hall can hold no more than 60-70 people, and residents may be turned away if the meeting is full.
The meeting begins at 7.00pm.
Councilors have been swamped by complaints about aircraft noise following the start of a five-month trial of new flight paths from the international airport.
A petition calling for the government to put an immediate stop to the trial has gathered 3,800 signatures.
