Combined, the applications will see 550 properties and a neighbourhood centre built on a 30-hectare site west of Beehive Road, 380 homes and a one-form entry primary school built north of London Road and a two-form entry primary school built on the disused golf driving range in South View.
All applications were approved, but all are subject to the signing of a developer contributions agreement.
