The centre, which was launched in April to replace the minor injuries unit at Heatherwood Hospital, is critically short on supplies of crutches.
It is down to its last handful and needs them to help other patients from the service.
Any patients who have crutches but are not using them anymore are asked to return them to the Brants Bridge centre in Harmans Water as soon as possible.
Shona Paterson, of the centre, said: "We really need crutches to be returned to the centre as soon as possible.
"This will enable us to continue to help other patients benefit from this service." The centre is open from 8am-8pm every day of the week. For more information, call the centre on 01344 551100.
