Apart from a short torrential downpour, there were good conditions for those tackling the race, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
About 1,000 runners had signed up for the Bracknell Half Marathon, including hundreds of local fundraising, being sponsored for a variety of charities.
Runners started and finished at South Hill Park, with the 13-1 course taking in streets in Birch Hill, Wildridings, Warfield, Bullbrook, Harmans Water and Forest Park.
Miller, from Datchet Dashers, crossed the line ahead of Nick Handley, from Woking, who finished in 1:16:04 with Eliot Challifour 40 seconds further back.
The first woman home was Samantha Amend, a member of Belgrave Harriers, in 1:21:25.
