Their views and ideas will help shape the borough’s health and wellbeing strategy, called Seamless Health.
It focuses on specific health conditions, life circumstances and improvement programmes which the Bracknell Forest Health and Wellbeing board believes will have most impact on people’s health.
The board is the borough’s new health and social care decision-making body, and is a partnership between Bracknell Forest Council, the Bracknell Forest and Ascot Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), and Healthwatch Bracknell Forest.
Dr William Tong, chairman of the CCG, said: “By contributing information and evidence about care and support, people can give the board valuable insight and help us to paint a rounded, practical picture of need based on human experience.” The consultation will close on March 7.
