A WOMAN was injured after she was robbed near Bracknell train station.
The 26-year-old was walking into the subway in Station Hill Road, when she was approached by a man from behind.
He grabbed her handbag from her shoulder, causing the strap to break. The woman tried to recover the bag but was pushed to the floor by the man - injuring her hands and face.
The man ran off without the bag at about 10.30am yesterday (September 9).
Police are appealing for witnesses and describe the man as white and around 6ft tall, wearing a light grey hooded top, light denim jeans and white clean trainers.
