Harmans Water grandfather's plea for Harley Davidson return

Harmans Water resident Jeff Ralph woke up on Monday to find his custom-designed Harley Davidson Softail Heritage missing from his locked garage.
The father-of-two - who has been working on the bike since 1997 - has recently been diagnosed with hand-arm vibration syndrome after years of working with hydraulic tools and has been out of work for eight months.
