For a picture-packed Comic Relief special - showcasing YOUR pictures from YOUR fundraising efforts - pick up the Bracknell News tomorrow (Thursday). THE Smurfs, Mr T from the A-Team, and Batman all manned the phones for Comic Relief on Friday, when Bracknell firm Experto Credite loaned out their offices as a call centre for the night.
Workers and their families supported the charity telethon by taking pledges while dressed in fancy dress gear.
Lee Cobbett, head of applications support at the Easthampstead Road company, said it was a "huge event" for everyone, with more than 120 volunteers donating their time to help Red Nose Day go off with a bang.
Fundraisers across the Bracknell and Wokingham area did 'something funny for money' on Friday in aid of Comic Relief - raising thousands of pounds.
Events included fancy dress days, cake baking, cycle rides, Harlem Shakes, and a doughnut eating contest.
