Woman assaulted outside Bracknell kebab van

A LATE-night brawl outside a kebab van resulted in a woman being slapped in the face.

At around 1am on Saturday, March 2, a 22-year-old woman was buying food at a kebab van outside the parade of shops in Market Street, Bracknell, when another woman became aggressive towards her and her friends.

The offender, a white woman in her early forties, hit the victim on the side of her face.

Fortunately, the victim did not sustain an injury.

Police are trying to locate the offender, who is described as being around 5ft 6ins, of slim build and with blonde hair. She was wearing a white T-shirt, black cardigan and glasses.

She was with another woman, of large build and around 5ft 6ins.

She is thought to be in her early twenties and had dark hair, wound up into a bun.

Anyone with any information or who may have witnessed the assault is asked to contact PC Daniel Trotman on 101. To remain anonymous call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
