A HOUSING association has vowed to take on 315 new Bracknell homes in the next three years.
Workers, stakeholders, friends and councillors came together to celebrate Bracknell Forest Homes' fifth anniversary last week.
Dermot McRoberts, chairman of the association, said that in a five-year period it has seen a significant improvement to all of its properties, 60m of investment and its overall customer satisfaction has gone up from 75% to 91%.
Bracknell Forest Homes aims to provide a further 315 homes for rent and shared ownership over the next three years to ease the pressure on the borough's social housing list, more than a third of which will be in Jennett's Park.
A site in Crowthorne has already been earmarked for nine affordable family homes.
