Frustrated Jennett's Park residents still waiting for new shops
FRUSTRATED homeowners say they have been left in the lurch by developers and undelivered promises of a parade of shops.
Residents living in Jennett's Park are forced to travel to Bracknell town centre or Great Hollands to do their daily shop because local shops on the ever-growing estate have yet to materialise - despite being planned for autumn 2011.
Dad-of-three Matt Keighley, who has lived in Black Cap Lane for two and a half years, said: "This is a huge estate and these shops never seem to get going. When we first moved in we were under the impression that the shops would arrive within 12-18 months."
