Union J win sing-off to reach final six of X Factor
WINKFIELD lad Josh Cuthbert and his Union J bandmates are through to the final six of the X Factor after an agonising sing-off against District 3.
The two acts received the fewest public votes despite both receiving rave reviews from the judges on Saturday evening.
In a tense sing-off, District 3 sang Bruno Mars hit 'Just The Way You Are', before former Charters pupil Josh and his comrades shone with a stunning performance of Adele's 'Set Fire To The Rain.
Judge Louis Walsh, who mentors both groups, refused to send home either act, but Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger elected to save Union J and they will now perform again next week.
