Have your say on housing development sites
RESIDENTS can share their views on sites for housing development in Bracknell Forest.
The council will start to consider specific sites for building homes next month (November) and public hearing sessions on the proposals will take place.
Suggested sites which are part of the council's Draft Submission Site Allocations Development Plan Document (SADPD) include Broadmoor and the former TRL site in Crowthorne, land north of Amen Corner and land at Blue Mountain golf course in Binfield.
The first two meetings on Wednesday and Thursday, November 7-8 will cover general matters and others will follow on specific sites between Tuesday, December 11 and Friday, December 14. Both will take place at the Hilton Hotel in Bracknell at 10am and 2pm.
Do you agree with the proposed sites? Will you be sharing your views? Let us know by commenting below or emailing news@bracknellnews.co.uk

Report commentThere all wrong if you need to remove a tree...............
The TRL site should be made into a forest play area with lots of free parking to encorage youngster into nature.
If they do go ahead with any planned development at Broadmoor or the TRL sites they seriously need to look at the roads. The traffic from these areas will cut through the back roads to Reading and the M4 and to the A30 and Basingstoke and through the Meadows roundabout which are overloaded and not seigned for more traffic.
If you want to take the train there is no affordable parking and a rubbish bus service to get to the stations.................
