BRACKNELL man Jon Clinton has been sentenced to at least 26 years for murdering his estranged wife Dawn.
Clinton, 45, was given the life sentence at Reading Crown Court on Tuesday.
This came after the jury found him guilty of murdering Dawn, 33, by hitting and strangling her at their former marital home in Inchwood, Birch Hill, on November 15.
They also found him guilty of arson for setting fire to the mother-of-two's Land Rover the day before, for which he was given a two-year sentence, to be served concurrently.
