PLANS have been proposed to develop 12 new dwellings in the site of one house.

Mr Nathan Craker, from Vanderbilt Homes, has proposed to build the homes on the land behind Tuscany, on Chavey Down Road, Winkfield Row, Bracknell.

Currently, there is just one house on the site, and this will be demolished to make way for the new 12 dwellings, as well as an access road, and landscaping.

There is currently a one-floor home on the site, which contains three bedrooms.

This existing dwelling will be demolished to make way for the access road, with the homes to be built in land behind the existing property.

The current land behind the existing property is vacant.

There is also a proposal for 29 car parking spaces to be built to go along with the 12 homes, meaning each house will have at least two spaces.

The homes will be made up of seven three-bed homes, and five four-bed-plus homes.

Residents have the opportunity to write to the council and support the plans or voice any concerns, and the plans will then go before the planning committee.

There are no plans to develop a public road through the housing development, while there will also be no public rights of way.

The site area is 0.57 hectares, and this will remain the same if approval is given, as plans have not been submitted to expand the site area any further.
