A MAN has denied sexually touching a teenager in Bracknell town centre.
Mark Goddard, 57, of Maple Court, Bracknell, appeared at Reading Crown Court on Monday February 19 and denied the charge against him.
He is accused of having inappropriately touched a girl under the age of 16 while in Bracknell town centre.
He denied the charge of attempted sexual assault of a minor.
The charge read: "You are charged with this indictment that on November 18 2017, you innappropriately touched a girl, and the touching was sexual.
"She did not consent to the touching."
Goddard pleaded not guilty, and will go to trial on June 11 2018.
The victim will appear behind screens at Reading Crown Court when the case goes to trial.
Goddard has been allowed bail on the condition that he doesn't go to a specific store in The Lexicon.
