THE NEW TGI Fridays in the town will create 85 jobs, the chain claims.

The restaurant will open in The Lexicon in March, and will have the facility to serve up to 190 guests.

The new two-floor restaurant will be the 82nd in the UK for the chain, and will feature a square 'island bar' in the centre of the room, specialising in cocktails.

David Carroll, Property Director for TGI Fridays UK, said: “Bracknell has always been a location in which we wanted to open up a Fridays and the Lexicon Centre is the perfect spot.

"We can’t wait to introduce the locals and visitors alike to our extensive drinks menu and array of burgers, ribs and Endless Appetisers – there’s something for everyone.

“What’s more, we have over 80 jobs available to residents who are interested in starting or progressing their career in the hospitality industry.

"Whether you think you’d be an expert behind the bar, a master behind the grill, or a whizz at the front of house, we’d love to see you at our recruitment days later this month and hope to welcome you to our Fridays family when we open in March.”
