The MAPIC awards celebrate retailers and shopping innovations from around the world.
The Lexicon is nominated for best retail urban project, and will go up against retail spaces from Belgium, The Netherlands, and Poland.
The £250m development was completed in September after years of construction, and has had four new tenants coming over the coming months.
TGI Fridays, Jack Wills, Hotel Chocolat and Revital will be joining the likes of Fenwick, Nando's, Office and Superdry in the new town centre.
The awards ceremony will be held in Cannes, France on 15-17 November 2017.
