RECKLESS motorists who sparked a dramatic police pursuit, forcing oncoming drivers to swerve to safety, were being targeted by officers today.

Between 3.50pm and 4pm on Wednesday, February 8 two silver Volkswagen Polos were involved in a high speed car chase.

The drivers of both vehicles drove down the wrong side of the road in Nine Mile Ride where they then entered two roundabouts.
