POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a man was robbed in Winnersh.
Last Sunday, January 22, a man was walking down Reading Road at 1:30pm when he was approached by two men.
The offenders, who left the scene immediately after, took the victim’s phone. The victim was not injured.
One of the offenders was a white man just under 6ft with a short beard, wearing a light-coloured reflective jacket with a fur hood and grey tracksuit bottoms.
The other offender, who wore blue Adidas trainers, tracksuit bottoms with white stripes and a black hooded top, was a slim black man with short black hair.
PC Clare Hickman, from Loddon Valley CID, said: “I am appealing for witnesses to this robbery which left the victim very shaken.
“If you have any information which could assist with the investigation, please call Thames Valley Police on 101.”
